At Barron, a Human Resources Analyst will: 
  • Adhere to and exemplify Barron’s Core Five Values 
  • Provide Support and Human Resources leadership to all department Analysts and personnel 
  • Develop and maintain all company role descriptions, recruitment documents and review templates 
  • Lead and provide special support for HR “Best Practices” for team development and culture 
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws 
  • Provide consultative support while actively executing tasks to accomplish people-related business objectives 
  • Partner with Leadership to develop workforce planning, development, and organizational optimization 
  • Support and coach Analysts to develop and maintain effective personnel leadership strategies and skills 
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Executive Team members to implement people and culture initiative and strategy 
  • Manage state mandated insurance benefits, including L&I and Unemployment 
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to Leadership and Executive teams 
  • Create surveys and collect survey data for various Human Resources related topics 
  • Evaluate and find creative ways to enhance the training process 
  • Communicate with executive team regarding personnel issues 
  • Support and guidance for team members that request or may need Human Resources assistance 
  • Lead “Best Practices” for team development and healthy culture development 
  • Manage and develop employee evaluations, analysis and tracking of development path 
  • Report any relevant issues regarding safety or compliance to the Executive team 
  • Participate in Company and Divisional meetings and functions to develop the team 
  • Establish a good working relationship with all Barron team members

An outstanding Human Resources Analyst will have the following natural strengths & talents:

Minimum Required Experience & Qualifications: 
  • 4 years of experience in Human Resources required 
  • HR Certification strongly preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management or related field preferred
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age 
  • Pre-employment drug screening 
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States

Compensation: 
  • Full-Time, exempt
  • $70,000-$90,000 per year, DOE 
  • Annual cost-of-living adjustments
